[7:55] Wondering what the chief thought about,

[7:58] I imagine he has something to say about it.

[8:06] I will Start by saying I I think it would be difficult

[8:11] to achieve that and on Halloween and keep traffic moving

[8:17] and keep the event safe.

[8:19] But if this is something that council would like to do

[8:21] or have us look into it further, happy to do that.

[8:30] of cars on Halloween, so it would just be,

[8:32] I think it would take some, we would really have to think

[8:34] through it, make sure we have everything lined out

[8:37] and we would ask, I would ask that if we do something like

[8:44] how it goes for future events.

[9:47] busy streets on Halloween

[9:49] and I would feel bad that if a member

[9:52] of our community was living on one of those streets

[9:55] and they made a suggestion as to how

[9:58] to possibly make their streets safer that night,

[10:01] that we should, you know, have a solution for them.

[10:04] I think if their street's the right place for it.

[10:07] Just 'cause if you're, if you're on one of those streets

[10:10] and you're not liking it and you wish you could do something

[10:12] to make it safer, I think that'd be a frustrating spot if we

[10:16] just said no across the board.

[10:17] So maybe we look into Halloween

[10:20] and is there something we can do that improves safety by

[10:25] keeping cars off those roads

[10:27] but not requiring significant

[10:29] additional effort for the police.

[10:35] we don't know if everyone on the block wants this.
