[13:07] locations in Canada. And 1957,
[13:10] the queen open parliament is a
[13:11] liver the speech from the throne
[13:12] in person. In 1976 she declared
[13:16] the Summer Olympics open and her
[13:17] capacity as head of state. And
[13:20] 1977, during her silver jubilee
[13:22] tour the Queen gave a speech
[13:23] from the throne opening a third
[13:27] session of the 30th parliament.
[13:30] And 1980, to send in the
[13:31] proclamation of the constitution
[13:32] act of prime minister Pierre
[13:33] Elliott Trudeau. On September
[13:37] 9th 2015, the Queen surpassed
[13:39] the record set by her great,
[13:42] great grandmother Queen Victoria
[13:43] by becoming the longest reigning
[13:44] monarch and Commonwealth
[13:45] history. 2022, the 70th
[13:49] anniversary for succession to
[13:50] the throne the green becomes the
[13:53] first monarch to celebrate a
[13:56] platinum jubilee. During her
[13:59] seven-year reign, she witnessed
[14:01] unprecedented social, cultural
[14:03] and political changes. Her
[14:08] majesty Queen Elizabeth II has
[14:09] also been the patient more than
[14:10] 600 works and charities around
[14:11] the world. Including more than
[14:12] 30 in Canada. She's had a life
[14:16] of public service, played a role
[14:19] in our democracy. Her majesty,
[14:21] Queen Elizabeth the second has
[14:23] been respected and a consistent
[14:25] figure in Canada, Britain and
[14:27] the broader Commonwealth. The
[14:30] flags in front of City Hall were
[14:31] lowered to half mast on
[14:32] September 8th, the day the Queen
[14:37] died until the national
[14:38] commemoration ceremony on
[14:42] September 19th.
