Section 626 of the Highway Safety Code

provides that a municipality may,

règlement sur la gestion contractuelle.

Il s'agit du remplacement du règlement actuel,

le PC 2887 sur la gestion contractuelle par
[3:23]
un nouveau règlement. Cette initiative
[3:26]
vise à revoir en profondeur les critères
[3:28]
d'attribution des contrats pour les dépenses
[3:31]
inférières à l'agriculture d'un secteur
au seuil fixé
[3:34]
par la Loi sur les Cités et Villes, présentement
[3:36]
fixé à 133 800 $, ainsi qu'à optimiser le
processus
[3:39]
d'octroie des mandats de services professionnels
[3:42]
pour les dépenses sous ce seuil. En parallèle,
[3:45]
des dispositions de la réévaluation relative
aux
[3:47]
modifications contractuelles ont été intégrées
[3:50]
pour objectif de clarifier les critères à
[3:52]
évaluer afin de déterminer le caractère
accessoire
[3:55]
d'une modification. Ce nouveau règlement est

conforme aux modifications légitatives Financière,
