[5:06] question becomes why a food truck and not an itinerate Merchant so as we have

[5:12] dove into itinerate Merchant and food truck

[5:15] ordinances um repeatedly over the last month or so we discovered a clause in

[5:21] itinerant Merchant that says you cannot operate in a

[5:24] commercial property Only commercial property is an itinerant Merchant um we

[5:29] could not find anything related to operating on as a food truck when you

[5:35] not selling prepared food because everything he is selling is

[5:39] frozen ahead of time but there's nothing in the food truck ordinance that

[5:43] prohibits that so but they can do that on Tractor Supply lot a private lot mhm

[5:48] okay but not a public lot well they would just have to get approval for for

[5:52] a public lot right yeah so but that is why he is seeking a food truck license

[5:59] instead of an itinerant Merchant um Jeremy's been involved in the

[6:03] conversation Craig's been involved in the conversation Kelly Jane Mel me

[6:07] Darren's probably read it at this point so uh is it a one time one day thing or

[6:13] I would assume if he's getting a permit he'll probably be back more than once

[6:16] over the course of the so if we get him permit he can come back monthly but he

[6:21] should be asking each month to come back depends on so he's actually going to

[6:25] operate at um Tractor Supply so he'll be good for a year after he has issued a

[6:32] food truck permit so ex s every day insect every time yeah the health

[6:38] department would still have to inspect him each time but um he'll have what he

[6:43] needs from us to operate on private property like

[6:47] that did I get that legally close we mailed it okay I'm just going to

[11:18] over to I65 comes down I65 and comes across us50 there's just not going to be

[11:25] very many people using that as the official or as the official detour so

[11:30] most people are going to probably use either our internal streets or the

[11:34] bypass so I think we're in good shape for trucks to use the bypass at this

[20:09] Seymour it's never an easy decision but uh trust that the the review board's

[20:15] done their homework and I believe they have so I will second that motion

[20:23] uh and it it came as a a five to zero vote uh for this recommendation

[20:30] so I I think it's been thoroughly investigated I

[20:42] statements there it's never an easy decision um as you set and read through

[20:46] um to familiarize yourself with it beforehand um but I do have to agree um

[20:52] I think the complaint review board and the department did an excellent job of
