[7:11] um make sure that, you know, that's minimized as much as possible.

[7:16] Um so that we don't have to raise sewer rates if just because we don't need to

[7:20] raise the sewer rates. Um

[7:25] I understand just um personally that raising money is hard work, and I think

[7:29] you guys have done an awesome job. Um I mean, no offense, but you're not

[7:34] development people, and you just picked it up and ran with it. So, maybe you'll

[8:13] meticulously went through and both sides so I think it's a protects

[8:18] the village's interest and also gives the um

[8:21] recommendation enough flexibility to operate both facility.

[8:25] It also outlines what area that the Rec Foundation will be responsible for. If

[8:31] you go to the attachment directly after the operations agreement

[8:36] called exhibit A, under exhibit A basically there's a 5 acre piece of

[8:43] property where the Rec Center building will actually sit on.

[8:47] If you approve this, we are going to work with Clark Cates actually a fix

[8:52] permanent markers on the physical location so that staff is aware of who's

[8:58] responsible for what, mowing contractors, etc. So, we can know

[9:03] there's a um

[9:05] where who's where duties stop and where they begin for both sides.

[9:09] And there's also a building permit which is just makeshift off of our regular

[9:15] building permit with all the details that are included there. If you have any

[9:19] questions, the representatives will be happy to answer those. As well as you

[9:23] have your site plan and all of the development

[9:27] documents from Hillside Development Group and Fair Grant.

[10:07] standards. And what Christopher Gekalski of Clark Beats has, um, put together for

[10:13] you is what development standard is, um, being deviated from or a waiver

[10:19] requested and what the recommended action is. As you'll see, if Barrett

[10:23] Graham, the contractor builder, needs to deviate from any of these restrictions,

[10:30] um, or conditions that are put in here, they will have to come back and request

[10:34] a formal waiver or waiver, um, if it's already, um, recommended in here. But,

[14:13] of selling your sewer plant. And if you ultimately

[14:18] decide to do that before the end of this contract, I

[14:31] of it so to just to clean it up. And Mark has

[14:36] all he did was provide that on his letterhead saying that they would hold

[14:45] what we need to do to modify the agreement if necessary to
