tourism to surrender one fiscal

support specialist position in

return for onec accountant one

because the surrendered position

has been vacant for longer than
[1:41]
a year. the expected cost of
[1:42]
this change is about74,000
[1:42]
dollars
[1:45]
and this is from special revenue
[1:47]
the position will be tasked with
[1:49]
reconciling construction
[1:51]
projects reviewing expenditures
[1:53]
and fixed asset inventory and
[1:54]
records as well as supporting
[1:56]
theAFer reporting requirements
[1:58]
this is a one for one swap.

manager at an SGSo7. the

position will require technical

expertise and experience in the
[2:39]
oversight of maintenance repair
[2:41]
and preservation of the mansion.
[2:43]
OPM has recommended the
[2:44]
requested swap and due to the
[2:46]
elimination of two positions in
[2:47]
return for one there having an
[2:49]
expected savings of57,000
[2:50]
dollars with review
[2:51]
of the request

spoofing our employees
[4:15]

departments anytime we are

implementing methods to validate

anytime we get a change of bank

account information. it's also
[4:53]
important to know what the new
[4:55]
Sparhana system employees
[4:56]
themselves
[4:59]
can go in and change their
[5:01]
banking account information so
[5:02]
we shouldn't be the employees
[5:04]
should be doing that in most
[5:06]
cases versus us actually getting
[5:07]
the requests. So when we get the
[5:09]
request we're gonna be calling
[5:10]
back to make sure that this is a
[5:12]
legitimate request
[5:14]
