[2:57] EMS incidences for a total of 30,995. It goes on through incoming calls for

[3:05] 911 was 26,153 and 4,842.

[3:11] Um, it goes into the type of calls as well. So, I just want to give everyone a

[3:16] heads up. Um, if you want to obtain the report, just ask the number. I'll get

[3:19] you a copy of it. Um, it looks like there was 23,275

[3:23] cellular calls alone. And some 911 hangups was 3,485.

[3:30] Um, they did a whole report on how many calls in Theford Township as well. I

[3:36] know that's something that we were looking at. um but they do have um the

[3:41] graph broken down to let us know the calls and the different calls that were

[3:44] in separate township. So I think we need to the board needs to just be aware of

[3:48] that so we need to move forward. I know we had talked about EMS in the past

[3:52] trying to get them out here or station one out here if needed. So that might be

[3:56] something we want to look into. Um, Jennese County Metro Alliance. If anyone

[4:01] interested, I'm looking at appointing a member by February 28th, 2026. If any of

[11:45] knowledge nor approval, which was frustrating, and I had a conversation

[11:49] with her regarding that, they moved forward with charging us for a quarter 2

[11:53] review, which has never been done nor made aware of. Um,

[11:59] actually, I'll kind of go through this. um and things like recording the water

[12:04] and sewer. They still assist with things like that. Um and reviewing the bank

[12:08] reconciliations, but there was some issues in here and and that's the

[12:12] reenter on the 918 payroll that I had concerns with. And then recording the

[12:16] ADP fees that ended up being a total of 800. They're saying they spent 4 hours

[12:20] on that. They put in here a quarter 2 revenue and expense for the DOT at 2.75

[12:25] hours charge $412. Um they did set up the escro account. I

[12:30] don't believe it took them 4 hours. We had already to put the GL out in. That

[12:34] was a concern of mine that I talked to Carly about. Why did it take you guys

[12:36] four hours to set up an escrow account? Um, again, they charge us $800 on that.

[12:42] Um, B minutes for quarter 2, which they never even told us they were reviewing

[12:45] another $150. Um, they researched BOT minutes for

[12:50] November. Don't know why. They never asked us them. They went on our website.

[12:54] They pulled minutes um and charged us $500 to review those. Um, quarter two

[13:01] budget amendments meet with Carlen. So, this confused me because I bring the

[13:05] budget amendments to the board. So, my conversation with her regarding that was

[13:08] that I've never even asked her to do the budget amendments. So, now she wants to

[13:12] charge me for budget amendments that we've never asked her to assist us with.

[13:16] Um, so I had a conversation with them. I told them that currently it looks like

[13:22] we're obviously moving forward going over our budget with them. Um, we are up

[13:26] to about $30,000 in spending after this bill, about 35,000. I did not have them

[13:31] budgeted for that. So, there'll be an adjustment coming. Um, they've been

[13:35] averaging around 2,000 to 2500 to assist us with the bookkeeping and

[13:39] double-checking things for um, the audits

[13:42] um, and keeping our books balanced. So I told her anything over that she needs to

[13:48] reach out to Stacy, me and Chris and include us in all emails moving forward

[13:54] with anything that's going to be done is going to exceed. I also told him I want

[13:58] to review the agreement that we have established.

[19:11] passed to planning also and we discussed it. The engineer wanted a full

[19:15] commercial uh hookup to his sewer line. It's never been attached apparently to

[19:22] the the residence that there was there was never hooked up. It's been put in

[19:25] and cabed forever. Uh so he went to water and waste

[19:32] services and got a letter from them. All he has to put in is a household type

[19:39] sewer connection. They wanted a commercial uh with grease traps and all

[19:44] kinds of other stuff and his operation doesn't need that. So uh there is a

[19:48] letter attached to the file that we had. I don't know if it passed to you guys,

[19:54] but that would be a requirement. uh to continue and take care of getting that

[19:59] hooked up. He may have elaborate on that uh when you go to interview it further

[20:03] in the in the meeting. Um Mr. Kimmer for Super Live, he's doing a drone and uh

[20:11] processor. We did approve that. Recommend that. And that's the old fire

[20:16] station building. probably not might not show up on your

[20:20] application, which is great because it's been an abandoned building for two or

[20:25] three years now. And uh we don't have an issue with him because he also runs

[20:31] another business in the township. He's already had so he's expanding business

[20:36] which is a good sign for us and for them.

[20:39] So just to touch on that and you can that's what planning considered with it.

[20:45] Um, the ordinance, zoning ordinance number 78 project is going to start this

[20:50] Thursday with the first two-hour meeting with Caitlyn and the committee to start

[20:55] working on uh upgrading ordinance number 78 with a target date to finish it by

[21:02] September. And that all depends on how fast we can move through it. But that's

[21:07] our our goal is to have it done in September. First meeting will be two

[21:12] hours here and then we're going to try to do uh

[21:17] a visual, you know, type meetings if we can so we don't tie everybody up. Um we

[21:25] did do I did do the annual report for the planning commission that's required

[21:28] by the state of Michigan. However, we just took care of that last Thursday

[21:32] night, so there wasn't time to get it in you guys' boxes. We'll get it next next

[21:35] month. I gave you some handouts on the MTA

[21:40] class coming up. I've got everybody uh from planning signed up to it. It's

[21:45] their webinars that they do from noon to 1. This one is

[24:37] because where the building is there's a septic system old septic system from the

[24:46] he said he's only 30 to 50 ft from where this sewer line was put in. And when it

[24:52] was put in apparently it was capped. The lead was capped put in capped and then

[24:56] never >> never hooked up. It's just there

[58:12] it's affecting the 911 responses. So what they what you should

[58:18] be aware of and what the public should be aware of they are instituting the AI

[58:23] system soon. Uh and how that will work is is that when you've called in, you

[58:29] will get a operator. uh unlike a lot of uh AI systems, you'll get the operator

[58:38] and then they will immediately make a decision whether it is truly a 911

[58:43] system or it's one of those other things and then they'll shed you over to AI to

[58:50] handle giving out the time and talk to you forever. Um, so to help

[58:58] utilize the system better because unfortunately a lot of people don't know

[59:03] what 911 is really for and uh they are changing how they for lack

[59:10] of better word triage things when you make phone calls and they have changed

[59:17] how they uh respond. And one of the other problems that and a lot of people

[59:23] notice it is that when a call comes in, you get a response

[59:29] from every police department and every fire department and uh every ambulance

[59:34] service around and they're all at one spot. So they're working on ways to

[59:41] contain that so that it isn't an allout effort by every municipality to or every

[59:49] branch of the 911 services to show up at the same time.

[59:56] 911 has been a problem for some time in this uh county and working at it and
