[1:20]
Hello everyone.
[1:23]
>> Hi.
[1:24]
>> I don't I'm sorry it's at the ceiling. I
[1:27]
don't have control about that camera,
[1:28]
but you can see me in one of them. Um I
[1:31]
know Lori's here. I'm sure she'll come
[1:33]
down in a moment with her, myself, and
[1:36]
Brandy. I believe that's enough for a
[1:38]
quorum out of our five.
[1:42]
I don't know whether or not Severin is
[1:44]
going to join and didn't hear back from
[1:47]
Chloe. So, at least be three of us
[1:50]
voting.
[1:52]
Um, but I have to wait for Lori to
[1:55]
really start. So, we'll just Sorry. Hang
[1:59]
tight for a minute.
[3:25]
Hello.
[3:26]
>> I lost out.
[3:27]
>> Well, good. I know. I did, too. Well,
[3:29]
Sean's here. I Lori is still not quite
[3:32]
here yet, but
[3:35]
>> I'm glad we have another voting member.
[3:43]
We're just hanging tight for Lori for a
[3:46]
minute.
[4:18]
Well, I think she's walking down. I will
[4:20]
go ahead and call the meeting to order.
[4:22]
It's 503.
[4:26]
Uh, let me write that down.
[4:28]
I circulated meeting minutes in an email
[4:31]
a few minutes ago. So, hopefully
[4:32]
everybody had time to review that. My
[4:35]
goal um today the agenda was sent out is
[4:38]
to one approve our last meeting minutes
[4:40]
from March 30th, 2026 and then also to
[4:44]
do another review. We saw um you know
[4:46]
the draft of the strategic plan um and
[4:50]
matrix last meeting. Um
[4:55]
we will consider it for approval today
[4:59]
as well as that one pager that Daniel
[5:02]
sent over. um earlier this week and he
[5:05]
could present that and we can review it
[5:07]
together in this meeting before we move
[5:10]
into any sort of vote. But uh let's well
[5:14]
first I'll uh this I am Kirsten Thompson
[5:18]
the chairperson of the community
[5:21]
development committee. Um also in
[5:23]
attendance is Sever Johnson Lori Thomas.
[5:28]
Uh Carrie Malovich is on the call as our
[5:33]
um city council liaison as well as uh
[5:36]
Brandy John's, community development
[5:39]
committee member and we also have Daniel
[5:41]
Jensen on the call from Sunrise
[5:43]
Engineering. Um,
[5:48]
if
[5:50]
we could
[5:54]
move to the next item on the agenda,
[5:56]
approval of the March 30, 2026 meeting
[5:58]
minutes.
[6:02]
Would anybody like to make a motion?
[6:05]
I'll make a motion to approve the
[6:07]
minutes of March 30th, 2026.
[6:10]
>> And I'll second that.
[6:13]
Sever and second. Uh, all in favor?
[6:17]
>> I
[6:20]
>> Let me keep Randy.
[6:23]
>> Okay. Uh, moving on to the next item.
[6:27]
Daniel, if you'll just take a moment, if
[6:30]
we could just do a quick review again,
[6:32]
show some of the updates.
[6:35]
I know there nothing too substantial has
[6:37]
changed, but um if we could just review
[6:40]
those and then answer any questions,
[6:42]
we'll start there.
[6:44]
>> Do you want me to share my screen so
[6:45]
people can see the
[6:48]
>> uh Are we talking about the Excel draft?
[6:50]
>> Let's do both. Let's start with the
[6:52]
Excel draft and then we'll go over the
[6:54]
one page. Well, whatever it is, one or
[6:57]
two pager. Um yeah, let's start with
[7:00]
that Excel draft. If you could share
[7:01]
your screen, that would be helpful for
[7:03]
the rest of us. Okay. Here
[7:06]
we go. So, as a reminder for everyone,
[7:08]
we've been working on the general plan,
[7:10]
planning commission's reviewing that's
[7:12]
going to go to council for review. And
[7:14]
the strategic plan outlines the goals
[7:17]
that we are focusing on in the more
[7:20]
immediate future over the next one to
[7:22]
three years. And so, this document
[7:26]
outlines those goals. We have the
[7:28]
corresponding chapter in the general
[7:30]
plan that these goals relate to. What
[7:33]
the specific action step is, which
[7:35]
general plan goal it relates to.
[7:38]
Sometimes it's close to verbatim to the
[7:41]
same goal. Other times it's maybe a
[7:43]
little bit broader and encapsulates
[7:46]
multiple goals. Other times this action
[7:48]
step is more specific, right? And we may
[7:50]
have one or two action steps uh to point
[7:53]
us toward one of the general plan goals.
[7:55]
So, they don't always perfectly align
[7:58]
and that's just the nature of tasks, you
[8:00]
know. Um,
[8:01]
>> Daniel, could I interrupt you for a
[8:03]
moment? This isn't the I don't I don't
[8:05]
necessarily mind about the not the color
[8:08]
coding, but this doesn't look like the
[8:09]
version I sent that was a table.
[8:12]
>> Yeah, you're right. Let's see. I have
[8:14]
>> Sorry to interrupt you.
[8:15]
>> Yeah. Um,
[8:17]
you are right. Let's see.
[8:24]
But I did like your explanation on how
[8:26]
the goals are possibly the same or
[8:30]
different because that that was one of
[8:31]
my questions on how the strategic goals
[8:34]
were different from the goals in the
[8:36]
general plan.
[8:39]
>> Yeah. And it needs to be updated as
[8:41]
tasks move along, right?
[8:44]
>> Sorry, what were you saying, Kirsten?
[8:46]
Well, I feel like what you were saying
[8:48]
is that you were talking about column C,
[8:51]
which is pointing to
[8:54]
>> what
[8:56]
goal in the general plan the action step
[8:59]
aligns with most closely.
[9:03]
>> Yes, we have the action step and then
[9:04]
the Yeah. And these don't always
[9:08]
match verbatim, right?
[9:11]
Um, so let's see. Oh, Kirsten, you sent
[9:14]
it to me. I think what happened is I
[9:16]
didn't
[9:18]
save it in the file. So, let me pull up
[9:20]
my email. Sorry.
[9:24]
>> Yeah, if you you're welcome to not
[9:25]
screen share if you don't want all of
[9:27]
this.
[9:28]
>> Yeah. Right now, are you just you're
[9:30]
just seeing my one screen, right? Or do
[9:31]
you see both?
[9:33]
>> Uh just the one.
[9:34]
>> Okay.
[9:37]
>> He has a hidden screen. Yeah,
[9:39]
>> I do. I have two monitors.
[9:48]
While we're waiting, I'm I'm on my way
[9:50]
driving home and the elk are kind of by
[9:52]
the mailboxes. It's nice to see them
[9:54]
out.
[10:04]
Here
[10:14]
we go.
[10:14]
>> So, this is the one that you're talking
[10:16]
about, the one on the right. Yes.
[10:20]
>> Okay.
[10:21]
>> There you go.
[10:22]
>> There we go.
[10:23]
>> Okay. So,
[10:26]
>> if you're familiar with Excel, so the
[10:29]
top allows you to then filter
[10:32]
um like if you're planning commission
[10:34]
and responsible parties, you could
[10:36]
filter by just anything that applies to
[10:38]
the planning commission. Or if you're
[10:40]
like city council, what are things that
[10:42]
are immediate? Then you could filter by
[10:45]
things that immediately need to be
[10:46]
looked at.
[10:47]
>> How do you do that? Show.
[10:48]
>> So, the little square on the each
[10:51]
column. Um, that one's probably not like
[10:54]
the best example. Go to responsible
[10:56]
parties.
[10:57]
>> Right here. Here we go.
[10:59]
>> And then you would just click whichever
[11:01]
one.
[11:02]
>> We'd want these to be like as close as,
[11:05]
you know, consolidated cuz it's going to
[11:07]
be unique, like if there was spaces or
[11:09]
something and
[11:10]
>> it's going to then have Ted and Dave as
[11:13]
two different things. But I think those
[11:15]
mostly are not repeats. So anyway, and
[11:20]
then um if if you scroll a little bit
[11:23]
and I don't know, feel free to give your
[11:26]
opinion. I do not necessarily want to
[11:30]
die on the hill of these being
[11:31]
colorcoded, but I didn't know if it if
[11:34]
it was easier from a visual standpoint
[11:36]
to kind of see the different
[11:39]
uh topics
[11:41]
um visually
[11:43]
with separation of color or
[11:44]
>> I like the color coding, but
[11:47]
>> if it's too busy,
[11:48]
>> it might not work when it's if it gets
[11:50]
printed that would be too that it makes
[11:53]
it hard to read, but if it's just in a
[11:55]
electronic form arm. It's all right.
[11:58]
>> Yeah.
[11:59]
So, I don't have a strong opinion
[12:01]
about that. If you don't want the color
[12:03]
coding or if you guys feel like that's
[12:04]
not going to be effective, but um
[12:09]
Yeah. So, any opinions on the look and
[12:13]
feel of this so far?
[12:17]
Do we like it as is?
[12:20]
I think most of this was input by, you
[12:23]
know, Daniel meeting with Ted and
[12:25]
meeting with um
[12:29]
I don't know if you were able to get
[12:30]
insights back. I It sounded like you
[12:32]
were waiting to hear back if Wayne was
[12:34]
going to get back to you.
[12:37]
>> Yeah. So, I've not heard back. Um I've
[12:39]
not met with Wayne. Also, uh PTR,
[12:45]
I think it's PTR, not PRT. I always get
[12:47]
that mixed up. PTR. Um, I have not heard
[12:51]
back from them. I don't believe they had
[12:55]
another meeting here in April. So, yeah,
[12:59]
I don't know if it would change much.
[13:02]
Um,
[13:04]
>> yeah.
[13:06]
>> Okay. Well, if we feel comfortable, this
[13:09]
is supposed to be a living breathing
[13:12]
document. It's not supposed to be
[13:13]
something that
[13:15]
um our committee they can't we want to
[13:18]
be able to pass it forward to the city
[13:20]
council and for them to add in tasks or
[13:22]
work with the PTR committee to add in
[13:24]
tasks um that they feel like will then
[13:27]
help them accomplish the goals of the
[13:29]
general plan. So, if we feel comfortable
[13:32]
that this at least provides a starting
[13:34]
point for council and city employees to
[13:38]
be a a usable
[13:40]
um city tracker
[13:44]
um
[13:45]
are there any thoughts about that? How
[13:47]
do we feel about that?
[13:49]
Okay. So, is there a way to make the top
[13:52]
um row frozen so that as you scroll down
[13:55]
it will always be visible?
[13:57]
>> Good call. Um cuz I forget what column
[14:01]
I'm in.
[14:02]
>> It should be in view I think.
[14:07]
And then freeze panes
[14:10]
and
[14:12]
kind of top row.
[14:14]
Good thinking. Okay. And then
[14:22]
so how are the general plan goals and
[14:24]
the strategic plan goals? I mean, are
[14:28]
they this?
[14:29]
>> There aren't strategic plan goals.
[14:31]
There's action steps
[14:33]
>> that align with the general plan.
[14:36]
>> Yes. So, these are the steps they're
[14:38]
going to take and who's responsible for
[14:39]
them to then get to the plan goal.
[14:44]
» Any other is that as an action is
[14:47]
completed, we would move to the next
[14:49]
step. Right? The goals always stay the
[14:52]
same until the goal is checked off. But
[14:55]
this document would be um updated
[14:58]
frequently hopefully, right? Hopefully
[15:01]
actions get checked off and new ones get
[15:03]
added on and two to three years from now
[15:06]
this document looks very different.
[15:09]
>> And maybe to help in the status column,
[15:11]
should we just put in progress on all of
[15:14]
them and then as they get completed
[15:16]
they, you know, whoever completes it
[15:18]
feels like they can then switch it to
[15:20]
complete.
[15:22]
>> Yeah. either that or they remove it. So
[15:25]
I Yeah, I don't
[15:26]
>> I would think you'd want a record
[15:27]
though.
[15:31]
» So I don't know if I would suggest
[15:32]
removing it, but that'll be up I
[15:34]
whatever that's up to the city council.
[15:35]
>> I kind of I kind of like that idea of
[15:37]
having that um in progress or completed
[15:41]
so that it could continue to be shown.
[15:44]
So if anyone comes back and says, "Oh,
[15:47]
what are you working on? Well, we
[15:48]
finished this. Now we're on to this."
[15:50]
And then it shows the history as well of
[15:53]
what's been done as well as the current.
[15:58]
>> Yeah. Uh there looks like there was a
[16:00]
hand raised if
[16:03]
you would like to ask.
[16:05]
>> Thank you. I love the idea of being able
[16:07]
to track. I think it would also be
[16:10]
helpful to have either the committee
[16:12]
name
[16:14]
or some identifier if you want to get
[16:18]
more information. you know how to
[16:20]
quickly just right here you look at the
[16:22]
spreadsheet you know where we're at you
[16:24]
know who's working on it
[16:26]
and I think the archival needs to be
[16:29]
accessed access to like if it was
[16:31]
completed there needs to be a way to see
[16:35]
what the steps were because hopefully
[16:37]
there's also notes of what you know the outcome analysis did
[16:43]
we like there was this element that we
[16:45]
wouldn't do again because of blink blink
[16:49]
Anyway, just my input
[16:52]
>> and I tried to come in but the outside
[16:53]
door is locked.
[16:55]
>> Oh, I had to come through to the office
[16:58]
door.
[16:59]
>> Yeah, I had to do that, too. Um,
[17:08]
» maybe we add like a Well, the person you
[17:11]
would contact would be the responsible
[17:12]
party.
[17:13]
>> Do you want there be a place though if
[17:15]
there's like notes? You know, if there's
[17:20]
like she's like outcomes or issues or
[17:24]
things that would that you would want to
[17:26]
record any sort of additional
[17:28]
information
[17:29]
>> maybe just notes. Yeah. And then you can
[17:31]
put
[17:31]
>> well and I think some of them would be
[17:34]
internal notes because you don't
[17:35]
necessarily need everything there
[17:38]
showing the steps but at least um the
[17:42]
progress um that the steps that are
[17:45]
important and then the the finished um
[17:48]
because otherwise it would take up a lot
[17:49]
of room that aren't maybe aren't
[17:51]
necessary but we still want the record
[17:54]
that it's been done and maybe how um
[17:59]
» process
[18:01]
I would just say just delete out
[18:03]
>> Go ahead. Oh, go just delete out some of
[18:05]
those notes on the side there in that
[18:06]
side column because I think those were
[18:08]
from our last meeting. And then um
[18:13]
Okay. So, I feel like the notes I think
[18:15]
would cover if there's any need for
[18:20]
um whoever's working on that to add
[18:25]
if there's issues, outcomes, things that
[18:27]
are different
[18:29]
um that changed and maybe why so
[18:34]
would it be
[18:35]
>> the difference is between the difference
[18:38]
is between if if it's something that's
[18:40]
being worked on that's more of a draft
[18:43]
that may change compared to
[18:46]
um what happened and and why or or
[18:50]
something because remember all of these
[18:53]
are public documents and sometimes if
[18:55]
you have a public document that's
[18:57]
working document um if it's if it's
[19:01]
really only a draft and somebody takes
[19:03]
it as if it's already been completed it
[19:05]
could be a problem in communication so I
[19:09]
would rather communicate what we
[19:11]
actually have done not what we hope. Um,
[19:15]
and make sure that those notes are more
[19:18]
of a completion outline rather than a I
[19:21]
think we're going to do because we don't
[19:23]
want to get one of our employees saying,
[19:26]
"Oh, well, I wrote that I was going to
[19:27]
do this." And then the council says,
[19:29]
"Well, no, we're not doing it that way
[19:30]
or we don't have budget or whatever."
[19:33]
That's confusing for residents. I'd
[19:35]
rather it be this is what we've done.
[19:44]
There we go. Project completion notes.
[19:47]
And and I think that's like optional.
[19:50]
I don't think that's something that they
[19:51]
have to use, but if they feel like it's
[19:53]
useful to add any other context, they
[19:56]
have a place to do it.
[19:58]
Um, okay. Well, let's then just review
[20:01]
the other one, the word document. If
[20:06]
there's no other questions or comments
[20:07]
on that strategic plan
[20:11]
matrix,
[20:14]
>> I really liked this one pager, Danielle.
[20:17]
I thought you capsulated it all in a
[20:20]
very very thoughtful way. Um, any
[20:23]
citizen who looks at that is going to be
[20:25]
able to see that the structure and that
[20:28]
it's reviewed and this is what it does
[20:30]
and doesn't do. I really I really like
[20:33]
this for our public facing and then as
[20:37]
anyone has um questions they can contact
[20:40]
the person that's going to be
[20:42]
implementing or completing those
[20:44]
projects.
[20:49]
Agreed. I think it helps to show that
[20:52]
this isn't trying to add goals in
[20:55]
addition to the general plan. This is
[20:57]
actionable steps that are
[21:00]
translating into those general plan
[21:01]
goals. And um I like that it outlines
[21:06]
that there'll be a formal review and
[21:09]
update um by staff annual. And
[21:16]
I don't know I don't anything else
[21:18]
anybody else comments questions about
[21:21]
this feedback?
[21:26]
It's so good. That's my comment. It is
[21:30]
so good. It is so such an easier read.
[21:34]
It is clean. It is professional. I'm
[21:37]
really really impressed.
[21:40]
>> I'm glad you like it, Diana.
[21:43]
>> Thanks, Carrie.
[21:45]
>> Well, thank you both.
[21:47]
Well, you know, and as we get new new
[21:49]
council people in the future and they
[21:52]
the onboarding won't be as hard because
[21:55]
the structure is there and then if they
[21:58]
have a particular assignment, they'll be able to figure it out.
[22:03]
>> Yeah. Well, um, if there's no other
[22:07]
comments, questions, concerns, need for
[22:11]
discussion,
[22:12]
um,
[22:14]
would we like to would anyone like to
[22:17]
motion?
[22:21]
» Um, I'll make
[22:24]
what I'll do is
[22:27]
>> go ahead, Daniel. So what I'll do then
[22:30]
is I put this in in design within the
[22:32]
general plan
[22:34]
um right at the very beginning before
[22:36]
chapter one right as like a standalone.
[22:40]
It's not going to be part of the same um
[22:45]
numbering system. So it' be like a Roman
[22:48]
numeral like two or three whatever like
[22:51]
right at right right after the table of
[22:53]
contents or before the table of contents
[22:54]
of the general plan. Right.
[22:57]
Well, let's let's understand that. Are
[23:00]
there are there feelings about that? It
[23:02]
seemed like there was some that wanted
[23:04]
this to be concurrent with the general
[23:07]
plan and and part of it. Are there any
[23:10]
opinions where they feel like it should
[23:12]
be separate and is that a bother to
[23:14]
anybody that would it would be part of
[23:16]
that first few pages of the general
[23:19]
plan?
[23:20]
>> I think we're talking that the one the
[23:22]
one pager would be in that general plan.
[23:25]
the specifics would not the table the
[23:28]
table will not be part of it but the
[23:30]
that one pager is is um I think that
[23:33]
would be helpful to have that at the
[23:35]
beginning um just to showcase that it is
[23:38]
in conjunction with but it's a
[23:40]
standalone document
[23:45]
» so maybe right after the table of
[23:47]
contents before chapter one
[23:50]
>> yeah just to show that there is action
[23:52]
because I think that's what a lot of
[23:54]
people don't realiz is we have a general
[23:56]
plan but and people will say okay that's
[23:59]
good until the next time but that will
[24:02]
show that there's actually action steps
[24:04]
being taken with regards to the general
[24:06]
plan but it won't show any specifics of
[24:09]
what action is being taken at the moment
[24:12]
because that will depend on the action
[24:14]
item itself in the other document.
[24:19]
» Okay. Well,
[24:21]
any comments on that? Do we need to
[24:23]
change the cover so that it like go back
[24:26]
to the cover the very front like does it
[24:29]
need to say Wooden Hills general plan
[24:31]
and I mean put both documents listed
[24:35]
there?
[24:36]
>> I don't think so because we're not
[24:38]
putting the other one in there. We're
[24:39]
just going to put this one sheet that
[24:41]
says it's going to be its own document.
[24:44]
But that but it is just the general
[24:46]
plan. It's it the strategic plan will
[24:49]
not be a part of but because they're two
[24:51]
for two different audiences. The general
[24:53]
plan is is as you would say owned by the
[24:56]
planning commission um with approval of
[24:59]
the council where the strategic plan is
[25:01]
a standalone document for the council
[25:04]
than to dictate to themselves or to
[25:06]
staff on action items.
[25:09]
>> Is it confusing that it's just suddenly
[25:12]
in there? There's
[25:15]
um should it be like incorporated into
[25:17]
that introduction section
[25:21]
>> or we could put it as one of the
[25:23]
appendix at the end as an appendix
[25:26]
whichever.
[25:27]
>> Yeah, I feel like that's almost better
[25:29]
just like Yeah,
[25:30]
>> I feel like it would be kind of odd to
[25:32]
like you open it all a sudden there's a
[25:34]
strategic plan but you don't really see
[25:35]
anything about it.
[25:38]
>> It's just kind of a Yeah, I like the
[25:40]
appendix. Okay.
[25:45]
» Okay. Well, anything else to settle,
[25:47]
Daniel?
[25:49]
>> I don't think so.
[25:51]
>> Um, if we feel good about that one, that
[25:55]
word document being added into as an
[25:58]
appendix item to the general plan, just
[26:01]
saying that the city has a strategic
[26:03]
plan matrix and this is kind of what it
[26:05]
does and what it is. And then we provide
[26:09]
to the city that working file that
[26:11]
allows them to track uh actionable steps
[26:15]
leading toward the general plan goals
[26:18]
um for their use if desired. So if we
[26:23]
all feel good about those things,
[26:27]
would anybody like to motion to approve
[26:31]
>> the strategic plan?
[26:33]
>> This is Diana again. I can't mo move,
[26:36]
but I had one more comment. I'll lower
[26:37]
my hand.
[26:38]
>> Go ahead.
[26:39]
>> I It is
[26:41]
I You guys are just gonna see I I'm tr
[26:46]
showing my true self. I really cannot
[26:47]
stand if the doc any document if someone
[26:51]
were to pick it up that and it's
[26:52]
important like this pick it up and it's
[26:55]
out of context. They don't know what it
[26:56]
is. Can we
[26:59]
maybe the bottom of every single page
[27:01]
Woodland Hills, Utah, you know? identify
[27:05]
at least where it is. Like just seeing
[27:08]
Woodland Hills strategic plan overview
[27:10]
is triggering for me and I don't I don't
[27:12]
want to be I already show I'm already
[27:14]
showing my craziness, but Woodland
[27:16]
Hills, Utah feels more appropriate. I
[27:19]
just think we need to be careful that we
[27:20]
don't leave out something that if
[27:22]
someone were to
[27:24]
>> take it out of context,
[27:26]
>> they just don't have enough info to put
[27:28]
it where it belongs. That that's a great
[27:30]
idea because I actually get quite a co
[27:33]
few calls from Woodland Hills,
[27:34]
California asking me questions about
[27:36]
things. So maybe putting Woodland Hills,
[27:39]
Utah so that it it's in order and out of
[27:43]
not in and that it's in context each
[27:45]
page if it was taken out of context.
[27:47]
Someone could say, "Hey, this isn't
[27:49]
there's something missing."
[27:52]
Is that okay, Daniel? this point
[27:55]
>> you do
[27:56]
>> I think we have control over the
[27:58]
Woodland Hills Utah strategic plan
[28:00]
overview name I think the general plan
[28:02]
has moved on into the hands of the
[28:05]
planning commission and city council u
[28:09]
but I think it's something that could be
[28:11]
carried forward Carrie that would
[28:13]
>> or or one of our planning commission
[28:16]
members if
[28:17]
>> we can yeah we can say that as it goes
[28:21]
forward um but if the doc document
[28:24]
hasn't been completely finalized. If if
[28:26]
Daniel wants to just put that little
[28:29]
clarification that it's Wooden Hills,
[28:30]
Utah on every page, that's I don't see
[28:32]
where anyone would have fault with that.
[28:35]
>> No. Yeah, that'd be fine.
[28:39]
>> Okay. Well, I will let everyone else
[28:42]
handle that. Uh but for today, we have
[28:46]
the strategic plan overview and the
[28:48]
strategic plan matrix.
[28:51]
Would anyone like to make a motion?
[28:56]
I motion to accept.
[28:59]
I'll
[29:00]
>> second that. All in favor?
[29:03]
>> I
[29:06]
>> Okay.
[29:08]
528. Brandy.
[29:12]
Second.
[29:14]
Lori.
[29:15]
Unanimous.
[29:17]
Okay. Well, um I do not
[29:22]
see a need to meet again until we know
[29:26]
um the timeline of when this will go
[29:29]
before the council and then if there was
[29:32]
any needs that arose from that. Um so at
[29:36]
this point I don't have another date to
[29:38]
set for this community development
[29:41]
committee to meet um and
[29:45]
until I have a little more information.
[29:47]
So um with that I think we can adjurnn.
[29:51]
>> I move that we adjourn.
[29:53]
>> Great. Seconded severed
[29:56]
at 528
[29:59]
and
[30:01]
second. Uh all in favor
[30:04]
>> I great. Thank you Daniel. Thank you
[30:07]
Carrie. Thank you Diana for your
[30:09]
comments. Very helpful. And thank you
[30:10]
Brandy to joining during your busy time.
[30:13]
>> All right. Thanks everyone. have a good
[30:15]
night
[30:15]
>> and
