I don't believe they submitted probes or test bit data or how they know that ledge was there. If they had done something on their own and didn't submit that, as part of the application I don't know for sure if it is known legend and that documentation is out there somewhere that we did not see, you know, the limits of the ledge and groundwater elevations or potential groundwater elevations or provisions for those groundwater elevations if they're going to intercept it, you know, with their rock excavation and providing, you know, means to mitigate that and the design would be important.
